Changes and returns policy

At HEREA, we want your shopping experience to be the best possible. Therefore, with the intention of ensuring your satisfaction, we recommend that before using and/or placing an order on this website or on the mobile application, you carefully read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Change/Return Policy. The following policies may also apply to the use of the “Mobile Application.”
This Policy aims to establish the conditions that will govern the changes and returns of the products offered by HEREA to users who access, use, or register on www.herea.com and/or its related platforms. Through this Policy, you acknowledge, accept, and confirm that the use of the Site and/or the Mobile Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of each of these policies.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer the possibility of making changes; however, you may request the return of your product(s) by following the instructions in the “RETURNS” section and place a new order to obtain your replacement.
RETURNS
To return the received product(s), you must contact us to request the return within a period not exceeding 72 hours after receiving your product(s). This must be done through the contact information provided on our Website under “Contact Us.” After contacting us, you will have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them via courier to the following shipping address:
- Paseo de la Espuela, 306, Residencial la Hacienda, Torreón, Coahuila C.P 27276, Mexico.
By virtue of the foregoing, you declare and acknowledge that the cost of returning the product(s) (including import duties and any taxes generated as a result of the return) shall be borne by you.
TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST EXCHANGES/RETURNS
In case of any dissatisfaction with your product(s), you must contact us to request the return within a period not exceeding 72 hours after receiving your product(s). This must be done through the contact information provided on our website under “Contact Us.” After contacting us, you will have a period of 30 days to return the product(s) via courier.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Only returns of new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered products with all internal tags intact will be accepted. Please include with the returned products all original boxes, instructions, documents, and packaging. Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded. Therefore, we suggest that you reasonably care for the products while they are in your possession and, when possible, retain the original boxes for any product return.
Once the product(s) have been received and reviewed, we will confirm whether a refund is possible, which will be determined at HEREA’s discretion.
The following products are not eligible for return: underwear, swimwear, sale items, makeup, makeup tools, and accessories in general.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you believe that the product(s) are not in good condition, we suggest that you contact us within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving the product(s), using the contact information provided on our Website under “Contact Us.”
Please note that you will be asked to send several photographs of the product as evidence.
If there is any defect, the damaged products will be fully refunded, including reimbursement of shipping costs (if any) and any reasonable expenses incurred in returning the products, which will be determined at HEREA’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
REFUNDS
Except as otherwise provided above, we accept the refund of any product with which you are not completely satisfied, provided the request is made within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving your product(s), and the product(s) are returned within thirty (30) days from the date on which you inform us of your intention to return them, unless a longer period is specified in writing at the time of purchase, order placement, or order confirmation.
You will receive a refund for the price paid for the product(s) (excluding shipping costs) in accordance with our Change/Return Policy. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Our goal is to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date on which we have received the returned products. We will always refund any amount (excluding shipping costs) using the method used to make the payment.
Please note that if you return the products at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for any direct costs we may incur as a result. If you have any questions, you may contact us through the Website and/or the Mobile Application.
HEREA reserves the right to modify these Policies at any time, and such modifications shall take effect on the same day they are made and published on the Site and/or the Mobile Application.
