Shipping Policy
Effective from: NOVEMBER 14, 2025
Before using and/or placing an order through this website or the mobile application, we recommend that you carefully read our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the terms and procedures applicable to the delivery and receipt of products purchased and offered by HEREA, to users who access, use, or register on www.herea.com and/or its related platforms. Through this Policy, you acknowledge, accept, and confirm that the use of the Website and/or the Mobile Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of each of these policies.
TERRITORIES TO WHICH WE SHIP
We ship to the following countries:
- Africa: Egypt, Ethiopia, and Morocco
- America: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, United States, Uruguay, and Mexico
- Asia: Armenia, Bahrain, Bhutan, Brunei, China, India, Japan, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates
- Europe: Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, and United Kingdom
- Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
Currently, we do not deliver to Russia, Ukraine, Israel, or to countries that are in a state of armed conflict, nor to those where transportation and shipping providers have limited coverage.
You acknowledge and accept that the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the address and the geographic area where the delivery is to be made. Factors such as accessibility and location may influence shipping timelines. HEREA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, as once the order has been handed over to the courier company, delivery times are subject to their processes and operational conditions.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products will be transferred to you only when we have received full payment of all amounts due in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (as defined in Clause 1 above), whichever occurs last.
DELIVERY
In accordance with the provisions of Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions and except in exceptional circumstances, we commit to fulfilling the delivery of the products indicated in the Order Confirmation on the date established in said confirmation.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and accept that there are causes that may result in delays, which include but are not limited to the following:
- Product customization
- Specialized products
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Delivery area
For deliveries that require signatures, up to two additional delivery attempts will be made after the first attempt, before initiating the return process. For the purposes of this Policy, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred, or the products shall be considered delivered at the moment of their receipt at the designated delivery address.
In the case of packages that do not require a signature, the carrier will attempt to leave the package in a safe place, at their discretion.
In the event of recurring issues with an address provided by you, we reserve the right to request an alternative address to process future orders.
You agree and acknowledge that HEREA shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has been handed over to the carrier, as the fulfillment of shipping times depends directly on the carrier and not on HEREA, and the delivery obligation shall be between you and the carrier.
INABILITY TO DELIVER
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the order may be delivered to a neighbor, at the discretion of the delivery person. Orders that require a signature and cannot be delivered will be returned to the warehouse, as indicated above.
The carrier will determine whether the package can be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Your package may be returned if a safe place cannot be found to leave it, meaning a location protected from weather conditions and out of sight from third parties.
In case of loss or misplacement of the package, we will provide you with the carrier’s information and the corresponding tracking number so that you can contact them directly and track your shipment.
In addition to the above, you agree and acknowledge that once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for handling, transportation, and delivery of the package lies exclusively with the courier and shipping company. In this regard, HEREA shall not be held responsible for losses, misplacements, thefts, or any other incident that may occur during the shipping process, as these events are beyond its control. Therefore, in the event of any such situation, you acknowledge and accept that you must contact the carrier directly.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (BEYOND OUR CONTROL)
You acknowledge and accept that we shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations to you arising from orders placed, provided that such failure or delay is due to events beyond our control (a “Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event shall be understood as any act, event, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:
- Strikes, lockouts, or other labor union actions
- Civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, wars (declared or undeclared), threats or preparations for war
- Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, or other natural disasters
- Inability to use rail, sea, air, road, or other public or private means of transportation
- Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions imposed by any government
- Strikes, failures, or accidents in courier, transportation, or postal services
The fulfillment of our obligations arising from any order placed by you shall be considered suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the fulfillment period shall be extended for the time that such event lasts. We commit to making reasonable efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite such event.
This document forms part of the agreement between you and HEREA RETAIL S.A. DE C.V., a Mexican company with its principal address at Paseo de la Espuela 306, Residencial La Hacienda, Torreón, Coahuila, C.P. 27276, Mexico.
HEREA reserves the right to modify these Policies at any time, and such modifications shall take effect on the same day they are made and published on the Website and/or the Mobile Application.
